One precision 3D-printed multi-angle template for accurately marking or guiding cuts on 90° pipe bends at 15°, 30°, 45°, 60°, 75° and 90°. Choose an available Pipe OD and CLR configuration or request a custom configuration.

This physical 3D-printed multi-angle template is designed for accurate marking and cutting of 90° pipe bends.

Each template contains integrated cutting guides for 15°, 30°, 45°, 60°, 75° and 90° cuts. All available angles are incorporated into one physical template.

The template can be used as a cutting guide with a compatible band saw or as a marking guide before cutting with another suitable tool. It is intended for exhaust fabrication, manifold construction, intercooler piping and custom tube fabrication.

Each template is manufactured for one exact combination of:

– Pipe Outside Diameter (OD)
– Bend Centreline Radius (CLR)

Select one of the available OD and CLR configurations. If your required measurements are not listed, select Custom configuration and enter the exact measurements in the Order Notes field during checkout.

HOW TO MEASURE THE BEND CENTRELINE RADIUS

The correct Pipe OD and Bend Centreline Radius are required for the template to fit properly.

To measure the CLR:

1. Place the 90° pipe bend upright on a flat surface.
2. The bend must not have additional straight pipe extensions affecting the measurement.
3. Measure the total vertical height from the flat surface to the highest outside point of the bend.
4. Measure the Pipe Outside Diameter.
5. Subtract half of the Pipe OD from the total height.

Formula:

CLR = Total Height − Pipe OD / 2

Example:

If the total height is 101.15 mm and the Pipe OD is 50.8 mm:

101.15 − 25.4 = 75.75 mm CLR

Always provide measurements in millimetres for custom configurations.
