COUPCUSTOM ships from Le Mans, France, to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout from the weight and size of the parcel and your address.
Processing time
- 3D-printed pipe cutting templates are made and shipped within 2–3 business days.
- Stainless steel exhaust parts are made and shipped within 3–5 business days.
- Delivery time after shipping depends on the carrier (see below). During busy periods production may take longer — we will let you know.
Carriers and delivery times (estimates)
- France — Mondial Relay pickup point / locker: about 3–5 business days. Choose your pickup point at checkout.
- France — Mondial Relay home delivery: about 3–5 business days.
- Europe and worldwide — Colissimo International or another carrier offered at checkout: about 5–15 business days depending on the country.
You receive a tracking number by email when your parcel is shipped.
Customs, duties and taxes
For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties, taxes and customs fees may be charged by your country. They are paid by the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.
Damaged or lost parcel
If your parcel arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours. If a parcel is lost, we open an investigation with the carrier and send a replacement or refund once the loss is confirmed.
