This policy explains what personal data COUPCUSTOM collects on coupcustom.com and how it is used, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What data we collect
- Order data: name, email, phone, billing and delivery address, ordered products and custom sizes.
- Payment data: processed directly by WooPayments (Stripe) or PayPal. We do not receive or store your card number.
- Messages you send us (contact form, WhatsApp, Instagram, email).
- Technical data and statistics: pages visited, device and browser, collected with cookies when you accept them.
Why we use it
- To process, ship and support your order (contract).
- To meet legal accounting obligations (legal obligation).
- To answer your questions (legitimate interest).
- To measure audience and improve the website, and for advertising on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google — only with your consent.
Who receives your data
- Payment providers: WooPayments / Stripe, PayPal.
- Shipping: Packlink, Mondial Relay, Colissimo / La Poste and other carriers chosen at checkout.
- Hosting and email: Hostinger.
- Analytics and advertising (if accepted): Google (Analytics), Meta.
Some of these providers may process data outside the EU under appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses).
How long we keep it
Order and invoice data: 10 years (French accounting law). Customer account: until you delete it or 3 years after your last order. Messages: up to 3 years. Cookies: maximum 13 months.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to its use, or withdraw your consent at any time, by contacting us. You can also file a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL): www.cnil.fr.
