These terms of sale apply to all orders placed on coupcustom.com by private customers and professionals. By placing an order, you accept these terms.

2. Products
COUPCUSTOM sells handmade stainless steel exhaust parts (exhaust tips, mufflers, resonators, pipe assemblies) and 3D-printed pipe cutting templates. Many products are made to order according to the sizes and options chosen by the customer (pipe diameter, bend radius, length, finish, custom configuration).
Photos are as accurate as possible. Because every part is handmade, small differences in appearance (welds, polishing, print texture) are normal and are not a defect.
Exhaust parts are sold for off-road, motorsport or custom use. The customer is responsible for checking that the modified exhaust complies with the road and noise regulations of their country.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in euros. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (CGI). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and shown before payment. Import duties and taxes for deliveries outside the European Union are paid by the customer.
4. Orders
The order is final after payment. You will receive an order confirmation by email. For custom configurations, we may contact you to confirm the sizes before production. If a configuration cannot be made, we will refund you in full.
5. Payment
Payment is made online by bank card (Visa, Mastercard and others), Apple Pay or Google Pay, processed securely by WooPayments (Stripe), or by PayPal where available. COUPCUSTOM never sees or stores your card details.
6. Production and delivery
3D-printed pipe cutting templates are made and shipped within 2–3 business days, and stainless steel exhaust parts within 3–5 business days after the order. During busy periods this may take longer; we will inform you. Delivery times and carriers are described on our shipping page: coupcustom.com/shipping.
Please check the parcel on delivery. If the parcel is damaged, write reservations to the carrier and contact us within 48 hours with photos.
7. Right of withdrawal (EU customers)
Private customers in the European Union have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from their purchase, without giving a reason. This applies to all products ordered with the standard sizes, finishes and options offered on the website. Contact us before sending the item back. The item must be returned unused, in its original condition. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. We refund the price of the item and the standard shipping cost within 14 days of receiving the return.
Exception — products made to your own measurements: in accordance with article L221-28 3° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to dimensions supplied by the customer, for example a Custom Pipe OD or Custom CLR entered on the product page, a non-standard inlet size, or a custom part or template agreed by message. These products cannot be returned for change of mind.

8. Warranty
All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 and following of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code). If a product is defective or does not match the order, contact us with photos: we will repair, replace or refund it.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, modification, accidents, or normal wear.
9. Liability
Pipe cutting templates are marking guides. The customer is responsible for measuring, cutting and welding correctly and for using appropriate safety equipment. COUPCUSTOM is not liable for damage resulting from improper use or installation of the products.
10. Personal data

11. Disputes and mediation
In case of a problem, contact us first: we will do our best to find a solution. If no solution is found, private customers may use a consumer mediator free of charge: we are in the process of registering with a consumer mediation service, whose details will be added here.
These terms are governed by French law.
