Products made to your own measurements
Products made to dimensions you supply are made only for you, for example a Custom Pipe OD or Custom CLR entered on the product page, a non-standard inlet size, or a custom part or template agreed by message. In accordance with article L221-28 3° of the French Consumer Code, these products cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind. Please check your measurements carefully before ordering — if you are not sure, send us a message and we will help you choose.
Standard products — 14-day right of withdrawal
All other products, ordered with the standard sizes, finishes and options listed on the website, can be returned by private customers in the European Union within 14 days of delivery:
- Contact us before sending anything back, with your order number.
- Return the item unused, complete and in its original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
- We refund the item and the standard shipping cost within 14 days of receiving the return, using the original payment method.
Defective or wrong item
If an item is defective, damaged in transport or does not match your order, contact us as soon as possible after delivery with photos. We will repair, replace or refund it, and pay the return shipping. This does not limit your legal guarantee of conformity and guarantee against hidden defects.
